Tanaha Hairston supports investors in building portfolios that reflect their values, deliver passive income, and drive measurable impact. As the founder of IC Capital, she curates and

Tanaha brings decades of experience as an entrepreneur, impact investor, and impact strategist. She's also a successful founder who built and exited a company before shifting her focus to building legacy through capital.

Jose A. Torres
Managing Partner and Founder of Monllor Capital Partners
Born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico, Jose A. Torres has built his career around one big idea: using investment as a tool to strengthen communities. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Monllor Capital Partners (MCP), a San Juan–based, minority-owned firm dedicated to creating tax-advantaged investments that deliver both financial and social impact.
Through MCP, Jose launched the Puerto Rico Opportunity Zone Funds (PROZ I & II), which are channeling capital into renewable energy, sustainable businesses, and community-focused real estate. He also co-founded MasCap, LLC, a private equity fund designed to support real estate, infrastructure, and sustainable companies under Puerto Rico’s Act 60 Incentive Code.
Before starting MCP, Jose spent over a decade at Ares Management/Energy Investors Funds in San Francisco, where he became a Partner and led the firm’s West Coast office. Earlier, he held key roles at CoBank, ING Barings, and Société Générale, gaining global experience across energy and finance.
Jose earned his B.A. in Economics from Colorado College and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. With 25+ years of experience, he’s passionate about bringing capital and community together to spark long-term change in Puerto Rico.
